Job Description:

Marketing assistants support the work of marketing managers and executives on projects directed at maximizing company profits and developing sales strategies or marketing campaigns.

Marketing assistants are responsible for:

• Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information such as budget spread sheets analyzing questionnaires
• Writing reports, company brochures and similar documents
• Organizing and hosting presentations and customer visits
• Assisting with promotional activities
• Visiting customers/external agencies
• Helping to organize market research

Work closely with employees in other functions, such as advertising, market research, production, sales and distribution.

Requirements

• University degree within Business Administration, Public Relations, or Political Science.
• More than 5 years of relevant working experience in business support, finance or sales and marketing, project management, communications, and or public relations.
• Experience gained in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry and in a global organization setting would be preferred.
• Relevant marketing, market research, forecasting, sales analysis, finance, and reporting
experience, would be an added advantage.
• Fluency in Turkish and English
• MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and to challenge the status quo.
